In addition to advising on electronic data and cyber-related issues, Katy has considerable experience in all areas of complex litigation including contract claims, product liability claims, tort claims, consumer class-action claims and securities class-action claims.
Philip Cohen is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice in the firm’s New York office and is Co-Chair of the firm’s global eDiscovery & eRetention Practice. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, consumer class actions, products liability, eDiscovery, and eRetention. He advises numerous corporations regarding the law of privilege and discovery protocols, planning, and motion practice.
Jeffrey Greene serves as Co-Chair of the Boston Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the firm’s global eDiscovery & eRetention Practice. Jeff is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on litigation and investigations that involve complex legal, factual and data management issues. He has served as eDiscovery and information governance counsel for more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies, responsible for coordinating the overall strategy for records retention as well as for preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI in thousands of state and federal lawsuits as well as government investigations.
